2. Preparation and Production Duration

   • Premium White Label Package: Orders will typically require a preparation time of 4-6 weeks. This includes the time needed for sourcing high-quality ingredients, packaging, and quality assurance checks.

   • Niche White Label Package: Orders will typically require a preparation time of 3-5 weeks. This duration allows for careful preparation and customization to meet the specific needs of niche markets.

3. Payment Methods and Terms

   • Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation to begin production. This deposit secures your order and covers the initial costs of production.

   • Final Payment: The remaining 50% payment is due upon completion of the order, prior to shipping. This ensures that all products meet quality standards and are ready for delivery.

   • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. All payments must be made in USD.

4. Customization Options

6. Shipping and Delivery

   • International Shipping: Available for global markets, with delivery times ranging from 7-21 business days depending on location and customs processing.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

   • Orders can be canceled within 7 days of confirmation for a full refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations after this period will result in a 25% cancellation fee to cover production costs.
